Refund policy

At Ride the Wave Surf Board Bags, we are honored to create handmade bags, customized to fit your surfboard. Please expect small imperfections and note that we do not accept any returns or give refunds for our bags. 

We hope you love our t-shirts and long sleeve apparel, but if you don’t, or need a different size, email us within 2-weeks of delivery at RideTheWaveSurfCo@gmail.com. Once we have received the item, and confirmed that the item is unused, we will send you an exchanged shirt (while supplies last) or refund you your original purchase price.

Please remember it can take 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
